Shipping policy

Shipping for online products will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping time will vary by product. Jewelry, paper goods, + accessories usually ship within 3-5 business days. Handmade goods can take 5-7 business days to ship. Any delays will be communicated through email.

Local delivery is available for custom orders and rates will be based on distance from the Lemont, IL area. That rate will be given before your commitment to buy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for times and service of the shipping carrier.
